I am fascinated by the human brain and eager to explore its intricacies and its connection to modern technology. I want to understand how we can use both today's technology and future discoveries about the brain to push innovation further.

I am actively seeking opportunities to collaborate on projects that merge neuroscience, biotechnology, and machine learning, and to contribute to innovative research that pushes the boundaries of our understanding of the brain and technology.

Outside of my professional life, I spend a majority of my time outdoors, here are some places I have been in the past year: at the summit of Clouds Rest in Yosemite, at the summit of Smutwood Peak in the Canadian Rockies, under old-growth redwoods in the Santa Cruz Mountains, or on various forest service roads in my mud-covered 4th gen 4Runner.

I believe my desire to explore both the natural world and the frontiers of technology stems from a deep curiosity about the systems that shape our world. I want not only to appreciate what previous generations have built and preserved for us, but also to help develop technologies that will sustain it for generations to come.
